ProForm CrossOver Elliptical Trainer

Meet James. He’s a college student in his sophomore year. The semester just started, and he’s discovered his classes have increased in difficulty from the previous year. He’s serious about his studies, and also works a full-time job waiting tables at a local restaurant. The pay isn’t perfect and his time is pretty much consumed, but the tips take care of his bills and the free food is nice. Unfortunately, school, work and free food don’t add up to good physical fitness.

It’s not that he doesn’t care about his health, but gym memberships and expensive equipment just don’t fit into his budget (or his apartment, for that matter). He has been saving a little bit at a time, though, and hopes he’ll have enough- someday- to buy a piece of equipment that is versatile, space economic and budget friendly. And that works. And that doesn’t take a lot of time to operate. It really sounds like a dream.

At least, it sounded like a dream. The other day, he was browsing the fitness equipment at his local department store to see how much he had left to save, when a ProForm CrossOver elliptical trainer machine caught his eye. The price- under $1,000- is what drew him in, but the features kept him looking. The CrossOver offers more than 65 cardio and strength exercises. So, not only is it a rear-driven cross-trainer, it also has strength building options added right onto the machine.

James decided then that the ProForm CrossOver elliptical trainer was for him. He’d be able to place it conveniently in the corner of his apartment and use it whenever he had a spare moment; ellipticals are not overly-strenuous, so he wouldn’t need to set apart a huge block of time to exercise. Plus, the CrossOver’s combination of cardio and strength training in one machine would mean he’d only need to make one purchase- and one he could afford. It won’t be long and James will look as though he puts as much effort into his health as he does into his studies, and that is his dream come true.
