Life Fitness Elliptical Trainers

Stacy Jones and her husband Brian had tried every home gym under the sun. Their treadmill had become an extra closet, their weight bench a nice seating area. They were well intentioned in their fitness efforts, but date books and spare minutes fill up too quickly. Brian was having a difficult enough time carrying his load at work, much less to lift weights each day; Stacy was lucky to walk out of the door on time, there was no way she could stop to walk the treadmill. As their schedules and bodies grew, their energy levels waned. Stacy and Brian knew they needed to do something.

The day finally arrived; they’d had enough. It was time to find something new. The Jones’ read about this new product called an elliptical trainer. It sounded too good to be true and looked even better. What could it hurt to try, though? It’s not like they’d be any worse off if it didn’t work. A friend let Stacy try her Life Fitness elliptical trainer one evening. It took only fifteen minutes, and Stacy didn’t feel tired at all. She went home convinced it was too good to be true, until she woke up the next morning. Her legs and arms felt more awakened than they had in years. She was sold.

That same day, Stacy and Brian sold their old equipment and went to their local fitness shop. They had a line of Life Fitness ellipticals there, and they all looked similar. The salesman explained each model and how they compare. He said the bottom line Life Fitness cross-trainer is the Sports Cardio SX30. It does feature an Eddy Current Brake System and is fully functional, but, compared to the other models, is not as steady or durable. The next level from there is the X3 or X3i model. The price is a bit higher than the Sports Cardio, but it is a much higher quality. He suggested that for less than a thousand dollars more, they could upgrade to the X5 or X5i series. The stride on the other models is set, this model has variations. There was also the top-of-the-line, commercial X9 model. Featuring 18 workout programs and customizable programs on top of that, Life Fitness elliptical trainers don’t get any better.

The Jones’ were delighted that they had enough from selling their old equipment to buy the X5i. Six months later, they are still using their Life Fitness X5i elliptical, and they’ve both noticed changes in their bodies. In just minutes a day, Stacy gets the cardio (monitoring her heart rate on the machine) and lean muscles she wants, and Brian gets the all over tone and increasing definition that he wants. Probably the best part is that they know they’ll have the health and energy to give to their kids along with their Life Fitness elliptical trainer.
